Kent Haines is a rising comedian from Philadelphia, where he was recently named Philly's Phunniest Person by Helium Comedy Club. At PHIT, he serves as host for the show Why Am I Not Famous?!? - a live comedy-variety talk show he created in July 2008.

Kent also co-created and starred in the Sony web series That Guy, which premiered in the summer of 2008 on Crackle and Hulu. He has toured as a standup Comedian, most recently appearing with Dave Attell at the 2009 South Beach Comedy Festival in Miami, FL.

Originally from Alabama, Kent had a brief dalliance with education at Brown University (where he learned how to make men in bowties laugh) before coming to his senses and moving to Philadelphia.
